Staff members, employees and women workers helping architects in planning and designing their work building.
In order to make work place and atmosphere comfortable for the employees Sharda Mahila Vikas Society SMVS undertook the decision of renovating the work building and make it more convenient and spacious for work. For this purpose an architect was hired, he made few plans and maps and accordingly the renovation of building started on the count.
According to the plans, the outer part of the building was ready and now was the turn of interiors. Many things in the office were decided to be changed and the work was about to start when the workers of Sewa Rural and women workers at SMVS discussed about this renovation and their need for office and work space. In fact they came up with new different ideas and plans which hardly required any hammer and still the environment of the work place could be changed. They then proposed this idea to the management of the institution spoke to them and finally could easily convince them for not spending such a big amount on the re-construction work. And they finally did the renovation according to the plan made by their workers.
