Under this programme 37 women are active, producing worth Rs. 51 lacs, which in turn gives them an income of Rs. 11 lacs during the year 2018-19. Total 435 women are benefited from this programme, producing worth Rs.994 lacs, which in turn give them an income of Rs. 247 lacs during the year 2002-2019. Since 31st march 2019 Papad program has been stopped due to various reasons unable to provide quality papad against low market rate. Younger women prefer to join industrial work rather than papad making activity. Two of our staff member has started a small venture of papad making and involved all the women of our program. SMVS has fully supported this venture by providing all the necessary machines and linking them to the market.
